The Beginning

Returned from Australia just before the COVID-19 pandemic and decided to build something of my own in India.

Started GoCinico from home and secured the first client on the very day of GST registration, marking the official start of the journey.

First Office & Early Growth

With markets reopening post-COVID, moved into the first office setup. Built an initial team of 3 interns and 1 full-time employee.

Successfully delivered:

• 3 Website Development Projects
• 1 Custom CRM Solution

This year laid the foundation for structured operations.

Building the Core Team

Expanded the team to 5 members, establishing both frontend and backend departments.

Converted interns into full-time employees, strengthening team continuity.

Key achievements:

• Completed 15 successful projects
• Onboarded first international clients from the USA and Dubai

Global Exposure & Scaling

Strengthened credibility by onboarding Vish Electric Limited as a client.

Grew the team to 8 members.

Major milestones:

• Collaborated with Dubai-based startup EZELease
• Delivered 25+ projects successfully

Structured Expansion

Scaled operations with leadership hiring:

• Appointed Frontend and Backend Team Leads
• Moved into a larger office with 15 workstations

Joined BNI, unlocking global networking opportunities and bringing in 30+ recurring international clients.

• Built 6+ custom CRM systems

Team & Service Diversification

Expanded the team to 15 employees and introduced a dedicated Marketing Department.

Launched a new service vertical: AISEO (AI-driven SEO solutions).
